After telling him about our search for a new all wheel/four wheel he went to his boss and got the best price for that type of SUV. The next day we went back and Ford got us to test drive the Sportage and after a lot of friendly chit chat and laughter I am now driving my new SUV and loving it. My experience was awesome ,so go to KIA and ask to see Ford ,you will not be disappointed. More

Excellent Experience I was looking for a good commuter vehicle but there were a lot of things that needed to fall into place before I was able to purchase the vehicle. Even though on my first visit I wasn't going to purchase I was just going to look Ford still took a great deal of time to show me the vehicle inside and out. He answered any and all questions I had as well as giving me information on the vehicle to do some more reading. From my experience typically as a 22 year old purchasing a new vehicle you don't get the respect and the time from many sales people. I am very glad that I was approached by Ford as he made this an amazing experience for me and made sure that I was happy in all stages of my purchase. I will definitely be returning to Kia and will ask for Ford when it's time for my girlfriend to get a new car. More

We just decided to take a drive by at Bay City Kia and found the Sorento. We were welcomed by Ford Stickle, and we instantly forged a great relationship as he listened to what our needs were, and met them. He wasn't aggressive and didn't try to upsell us to something we didn't need, he gave us what we wanted. He explained every detail in showing us the ins and outs of our new vehicle and also went so far as to play with our 15 month old daughter while we were signing paperwork. They also had a toy section for little kids and they fed her while we were there...you know how little kids are. My husband has worked in retail, sales, PR, and customer service his whole life, and he stated Ford is the epitome of what great customer service, proper handling, and relationship building is supposed to be...and I agree with him. I would, and will, refer anyone to Ford and to the Kia brand. A great experience, and we'll shop at Bay City again. Thank you Ford! More
