"Typical and unimpressed"

I ordered something standard for my van. They said it would take a couple of business days. Almost two weeks later I called them back. The person I spoke to couldn't find my order and didn't think it existed. Then I explained what I had ordered and he was able to find it. My name was completely misspelled and they hadn't kept my phone number. When I arrived to pick it up I was sent to a back room by an unfriendly front desk lady. Then I was sent back out the lady at the desk who decided to help someone who got there after me before charging me for my part. I noticed she was unfriendly borderline rude to other customers she helped. Not the face you want for your dealership. When I ordered I specifically asked what my part would cost. They said $45. When I picked it up it was $45 PLUS $9 for two bolts... This is something I find so disappointing about some dealerships and why people tend to stereotype them as "ripping people off". The price never seems to be the price and now I feel that is true of bannister. I don't have major complaints but found bannister stuffy and unfriendly. Maybe they are only friendly if you are purchasing next years model? I won't use bannister in future unless I have to.

I am so sorry to hear of your recent disappointment when visiting our Parts Department. This is not typical of our dealership and is not acceptable. I agree that you should be quoted a complete price for both parts and bolts. I would be more than happy to refund you the price of the bolts. Are you sure you were dealing with Tracy, as it is extremely rare to get a consumer complaint about her customer service. We take great pride in being the #1 Honda Dealer in BC for 3 straight years in the category of Customer Service. "Family value, more precision is preferred "

Pros - relatively more affordable used car options for beginner driver - vehicle description is detailed and relevant in terms of tire and brake usage for used cars - friendly staff to beginner driver - family-oriented business supporting local ecosystem Cons - miscommunication happened between sales and finance office, a discount of $530 excluding taxes was missed - the mileage was messed up by close to 1.2k KMs Personal opinions - sales and finance were not thorough enough in ensuring the price and mileage were correct - but they were responsive to the mistakes spotted, pleasant experience after all - efforts are required to prevent this from happening again, more attention can be paid on professionalism, precision - rated as good, way to go make it a solid good/excellent

"Fuel pump repair"

Well my car quit on the hiway and I had it towed to bannister Honda, they diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty fuel pump before 11am the next day. Although my warranty didn't cover,the repairs were qwik. I was back on the road in Great time.

Tracy welcomed me and listened to what I wanted,Jason was knowledgeable and very helpfull best salesman I’ve dealt with and I have been buying cars since 97 and dealt in my lifetime and Shae was great in the business office even though I had some credit issues we worked together and got me in the car I wanted not something lesser like 2 other dealerships tried to do I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to shop here see for yourself why this is the best dealer in Canada

I am a "Honda person" from way back! I sold my 2001 Honda Accord last year and missed it! I just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and am extremely happy with the car and the ease of the purchase. Khoa Vo was very cordial and helpful and although new to the dealer, he worked very hard to make sure everything was seamless.
