I just wanted to let you know that the dealership refunded my money on the used 2006 Mazda 5, due to an issue with the vehicle that simply could not be rectified. Ivan and Paolo were very helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout the experience as well shared in my frustrations. These guys did everything they could to solve the problems I was having with the vehicle, and despite my frustration, they kept smiling. At the end of it all, it all worked out, and I am pleased overall with the experience. Its a shame that I couldnt end up with the vehicle I wanted, but the way the dealership has treated me,(Ivan, Paolo, and Moe, specifically) has actually changed my overall view on car dealers.....in a good way. I would buy from them again. Good guys. More
