Alex Iakovlev was awesome to work with! It amazes me in this day and age how common it is for people to speak only to the male in the room, but I was the one buying the car, and Alex talked It amazes me in this day and age how common it is for people to speak only to the male in the room, but I was the one buying the car, and Alex talked directly to me, even though my husband was there. He was never condescending, always kind. He was extremely patient while I debated whether to splurge for a new car, never pressured me, and kept me informed of new deals when they came up. It was a really great experience and I *LOVE* my new car, she's a beauty. Thank you, Alex, and BMW of Fairfax. This is my third BMW, and certainly not my last. Jaafar made the paperwork painless.
