My overall experience with Town & Country BMW was excellent. Every individual from the sales rep (Pirout Mohammadi), business manager (Shelly); after sales service (Michelle Chen) and the gentlema excellent. Every individual from the sales rep (Pirout Mohammadi), business manager (Shelly); after sales service (Michelle Chen) and the gentleman preparing the car for pickup were all genuinely interested in providing excellent service. Pirout was very knowledgeable and was able to position the differences in the vehicle features as well as the financing options. He also kept me well informed through the process and made every effort to make sure I was well taken care of. Michelle Chen, was extremely helpful in demonstrating the features of the car and was very open to working over time to answer any questions I may have in the future. Both Pirout and Michelle were extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them and Town & Country BMW to anyone considering acquiring a new vehicle. Yoga Warren and the team at Town + Country have perfected the art of providing a wonderful customer experience along with a great deal. They were upfront and candid about the pricing of the vehicle and that made it easy for me to establish trust. I didn't feel pressured and they welcomed me back a number of times before I made my final decision. I was offered a number of test drives. Yoga was very patient and wanted me to experience a number of different configurations before making a decision. Specifically, we discussed the merits of diesel vs. gas engines and I was invited to drive both vehicles so that I could make my own decision. My brother will begin servicing his BMW at Town + Country as a result of our discussion comparing my experience at T&C versus his experience at another BMW dealer.
