Not qualified to be a BMW dealer(at least certified BMWs). My sales associate Kyle went above and beyond. There was a recall on the car that they didn't look at until right before the delivery(this add BMWs). My sales associate Kyle went above and beyond. There was a recall on the car that they didn't look at until right before the delivery(this added a couple weeks of delay). Then they delivered the car with 2 curb rashed rims that were supposed to get repaired, the emergency call system malfunctioning and 2 blown front wheel bearings(this all takes place right after I get the car, I needed to take it to Grand River BMW and get wheel bearings installed). So I spoke to Kyle about this situation, he emailed Kelsey to reach out. But Kelsey doesn't know the first thing about customer service - I never heard from him and I have given ample time for him to reach out. I would stay away from this dealership. My 5 year old would provide better service than they do(and detaing). And by the way, the car was a pre-owned certified car by their dealership. More
I was walking along a particularly dangerous part of the sidewalk along Commissioners road yesterday morning Dec 27. The snow had not been plowed and the footing was next to impossible. I was seriously wondering what a should do when a gentleman driving a service van from BMW slowed and stopped to give me lift.
