And then you get to meet Moe Dastranj. he is an amazing guy. Friendly, open, honest, a very refreshing twist on any image you may have of a pre-conceived car salesman. Moe made my whole purchase experience the best, from the car presentation, to test drive, to even the paperwork. I truly recommend Autohaus, and if you can, ask for Joe. More

made a huge dent on my car and refuse to pay me compensation I sent my car to them to replace my windshield. I cannot believe that this could happened on my new car. When I talked to the service manager, he is so aggressive and refuse to pay compensation to me. And said that could happened in any other dealership. WTFFFFFFFFFF, so bad bad bad experience. I received zerooooo respect from them. More

A nightmare with this dealer They charged me $1150 for regular service. However, the engine signal is on on dash after I picked up my car and the car is rumbling as I drive. I have to return my car to them in the following day. To my surprise, the service provider told me that they will charge me another $1100 for the second testing and fixing the problem with the ignition coil. My car is 2011 328 series with only 35k-km. I drive very well before I send the car to them. is it the technician did some bad thing with my car and cheat the customer? More

Awesome sales representative (Moe Dastranj) I went there to lease a BMW on a Saturday from 12 till 7 PM. My sales representative was Moe Dastranj. Frankly speaking I am not a big fan of sales pe I went there to lease a BMW on a Saturday from 12 till 7 PM. My sales representative was Moe Dastranj. Frankly speaking I am not a big fan of sales person and think they don't care about anything but their commission. However my experience with Moe changed my whole idea about sales people! He had so much patient and built so many different cars for me in his computer. After so many hours when I told him I will come back tomorrow I would expect him to be mad but surprisingly he didn’t become mad and didn't push me yet helped me to make a right decision. I am so happy that I went there and thanks to Moe for helping me to choose the right car! More
Horrible Service. Even worse diagnosing skills. BmwAutohaus is filled with jr techs who have no idea what they are doing. They charge you for inspections and don't find anything most the time just t BmwAutohaus is filled with jr techs who have no idea what they are doing. They charge you for inspections and don't find anything most the time just to get more money out of you(they try to scare people who don't know about cars and force them to do unnecessary repairs or change random things). I am currently in disputes with them and dealing with them through Bmw Canada. Not even interested in dealing with these guys ever again and they have completely ruined by.Bmw experience. I am not the first to experience these problems ( a friend of mine had a 335i and autohaus tried to void the warranty on the waterpumps(they kept blowing due to autohaus shortcuts) in the end he took it to bmw maranello(way better). Might even have to go with a different make just because their nonsense has me teriffied of these cars. I have proof of all claims. More
