Great experience This was my first time buying a car so naturally I was very nervous but Lavan at auto planet made the experience so easy. I had looked up their inventory online and had decided on which car I wanted but when I got to the dealership in the morning, they informed me that the car I wanted had already been sold. I was so disappointed but Lavan assured me that if for whatever reason the deal didn't go through, he would let me know right away and I could put in an offer on the car I really wanted. Lucky for me, that's exactly what happened! Lavan called me the next day and told me the car I had my heart set on was available! I immediately put in an offer and Lavan made the whole process so easy. He really is a great sales associate who goes the extra mile for his clients! More
