After having gone to BMW, and on our way to Mercedes we planned to drop by this particular Audi dealership. I had been to this dealership prior to this experience when i had just started my research...the planned to drop by this particular Audi dealership. I had been to this dealership prior to this experience when i had just started my research...the dealership is nice, the lounge could use a bit of an upgrade, as wi-fi service for my ipad was poor. The sales person me & my wife dealt with was Haroon Joseph. New to this Audi dealership, but has been in the auto industry for a few years and you can tell, for a change the salesperson actually knew how to treat a client. Professional, courteous and definitely has a passion for what he sells. We were literally stopped in our paths as we were shown the differences between the three brands, quality in workmanship and engineering was shown to us only in the Audi rather than just the looks and a price. Where the other brands did better, Haroon didn't try to lie and beat around the bush like some of the other salespersons I have encountered in my 20+ years of car buying. Haroon was a trustworthy sales advisor, who can point out the obvious and is an honest salesperson. I would and have highly recommend him and this dealership to my family & friends! More

I recently bought a used 2011 A4. I worked with lungi exconde who had exceptional customer service.
