Over the years my wife and I have owned several vehicles and enjoyed driving most of them. Because this normally involved the sales representative going back and forth to the Sales Manager’s office with the “offer” and a deposit. On a number of occasions we simply walked away because it was very frustrating. We just wanted the final price without wasting our valuable time. Then the phone calls would start from the dealership asking us to come back. Too late! Our experience at Audi Mississauga was exceptional. Mr. Alex Fretes, the sales representative, was outstanding. He was highly recommended to us by a mutual friend. Alex rearranged his hours to meet with us. Took the time to answer our questions and walked us through all the options. Allowed us to test drive the vehicle on our own and insisted we take our time. Normally we would have someone accompany us during the test drive and instruct us as to where we can go. The negotiation process was pleasant and straight forward. I had done my research so I knew the price I was willing to pay. Within 10 minutes we had a deal and we signed the papers. On the day of delivery Alex again rearranged his hours to meet with us. He spent almost an hour walking us through all options included in the vehicle. He set them up and showed us the best way to use them. Purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Mississauga was the best experience we have ever had. During the first couple of weeks I got a number of emails from Alex making sure that we were happy with the vehicle. I have a feeling Alex does that with all his customers. More

I gave a high rating for numerous reasons. 1. I feel AUDI has taken the extra step with regards to innovation. AUDI's interior has leaped past BMW's which I had been loyal to for years. 2. He is very knowledgeable about all the Audi models, which helped to quickly zero in on what cars were available that met my search criteria and were in the budget ballpark. I appreciated that Luigi didn't over-do the sales pitch. He seemed to be able to quickly understand what I was looking for so that we didn't waste any time. He is a straight shooter. I appreciated that communicating back and forth was made easy because he was open to receiving a phone call or a text message outside of normal business hours. Any messages I left were returned promptly. All the staff at this dealership were very helpful and professional, whether I was inquiring about available aftermarket accessories or dealing with the Service department when I first picked up the 2012 A4 2.0T Premium.
