I will be a very very customer of Crosby Audi This review is hugely overdue, Let me begin with the fact that my experience did not start perfectly. I bought my A4 last summer (Aug 2013). Unfortunately, though complete freak accident, 2 of the cars rims were damaged. From that point on, I have received some of the best customer service anywhere. From getting new parts, to a loaner for a week, to Morgan spending some time to make things perfect. The personal attention was endless. But, most importantly, there is Maddie. She makes every customer feel special and attends to all of our needs. Every time I come in she remembers my name, asks about the kids and has me up and running in no time. She definitely makes the Crosby experience that much better. Considering I work in Sales, I truly appreciate top notch service. My appointment was for 10:00, and I arrived at 09:55. I was greeted, as usual, by Maddie's friendly and smiling face. My car was taken into the shop right at 10:00. I was working on my lap top at the time, so rather than disturb me, she sent me an email telling me my car was ready when ever I was. The latest service was a warrenty repair of the sensor lock on the drivers door. The whole experience from dropping the vehicle off, shuttle to work, shuttle pick up and return of the cleaned vehicle wit lock on the drivers door.
