Professional - an enjoyable sales experience I purchased an Audi A4 from Crosby before and loved the car. When it came time to purchasing a new vehicle I reviewed all the possible options (Merced I purchased an Audi A4 from Crosby before and loved the car. When it came time to purchasing a new vehicle I reviewed all the possible options (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus) but I kept coming back to Audi. My wife and I met with Taylor and we immediately felt comfortable with him and his no pressure approach. As much as I was leaning towards the Audi brand, Taylor was another big reason for staying with Crosby and Audi. We ultimately decided to go with the S3 as I didn't need the size of the A4 and I loved all the tech and the performance that the vehicle has to offer. The negotiation was pretty simple and a deal was put to paper in very short order. Taylor worked to source my vehicle but unfortunately there was no vehicle in the channel that met my requirements. We had to wait about 2 months as Crosby's secured a vehicle in production and tweaked it to my spec. Taylor kept us informed of our progress from there. We picked up our new baby on May 30th and I almost thought that Taylor was more excited about it than I was. Taylor gave me a call about 2 weeks later to see how things were going and I really appreciated him following up. During my decision making process I compared the Q7 to BMW, Mercedes and VW. Taylor was knowledgeable and professional in assisting me in my decision. Once I decided on the Q7 we found a vehicle on an incoming shipment from Germany. Unfortunately there were weather delays that put the delivery back about 3 months. During the delay Taylor updated me regularly on the status of the shipment. When my truck showed up, Taylor was there for the delivery. Bottom line...... Taylor was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Taylor Moffitt was the Audi Brand Specialist with whom we interacted, and we received nothing but top notch service from Taylor. He was able to provide us with the information that we requested about the vehicle, after sales and warranty information, and worked very hard to get us the best price possible for our purchase. Our vehicle ended up requiring a factory order, and Taylor kept us up to date with manufacturing and delivery progress from Germany to Kitchener. This included some unfortunate weather delays due to winter storms in Atlantic Canada, but he worked hard to get our car to us in the shortest time possible. Finally, we took delivery on March 31 which was supposed to be his day off, however he came into the dealership to meet with us and ensure that the delivery process was smooth and that we were satisfied. We have been very impressed with the service that we received from Taylor Moffitt and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase an Audi. We would certainly approach him again if we decide to purchase another Audi. More
