Great service - been going over 11 years! I have been going to Ancaster Toyota for over 11 years, after trying many other dealerships (I have 5 Toyotas 2 Scions and 1 Lexus). They are by far the best, always explain what is needed, and care about customer service. I have been amazed at what they have done for me, and my vehicles. They value my business, and it shows. Sure there has been some xxxx-ups with some items, but they have worked quickly to solve the issues. Remember a calm head prevails, people are always willing to help when you treat them with respect - it goes both ways. Jessica, Kaleb, and Marcus have been awesome, and Atilla is a very skilled technician. The parts department has also been a great asset over the years, again always willing to help. I have purchased vehicles here as well, and Debbie Askew is a great salesperson. More

A young, energetic service advisor who has knowledge beyond his years. He was polite. Professional. Courteous and beyond all else genuine and fair. The other reviews about the service department are in my opinion crap. I've seen how they interact with their customers and I know that they do not try to push sales nor are they rude. I hate it that their name is pushed in the dirt like this because people dont get what they want. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Terrible Customer Service We started our car search at this dealership because of it's convenient location. Our first visit to the dealership was just okay, the salesman was young but seemed genuine, which I enjoy in a salesperson. However the follow-up was horrendous. He had promised to email us information regarding the questions we had but we never heard from him. So, we reached out to him and he claims he sent an email. So, we waited again and again no word. We called him and left a message but no call back for 2 days. Once we finally got a hold of him, via email, he claimed he left a voicemail, which was a blatant lie. Not only did he repeatedly lie to us he never sent us one piece of the information we were looking for. He did however, find the time to try and push us to buy a car we had already insisted we didn't want. That's when we walked away and I'm very grateful, after reading these other reviews, that we didn't purchase anything from them. More

On our last call to the dealer, they told us the car was available for a test drive (repairs made) so we went there (Ancaster from Markham) only to find the car had been sold a week ago. This dealer clearly is all about making money, not customer consideration. More

Nice Dealership - Horrendous Service Well, I'll be blunt and to the point.... This is easily the worst service location for Toyota if not all car brands in the greater Hamilton area. I can confidently say that from previous dealing with many other car companies and their service locations. I have never, ever had such a horrible time dealing with a dealership and by extension the company itself over very clear warranty issues. One year old vehicle with mysterious braking issue from day one, not interested.......Viabration and drone from the drivetrain, not interested. I find the cause because it is very prevalent with V6 Toyota trucks.....Service manager Markus once again uninterested in actually helping and has the audacity to insinuate that I may have caused the issue....Sorry, idiot would be too polite a term. Took the vehicle to another Toyota dealer that within 10 minutes confirmed my suspicions and ordered the parts to actually fix it. Five months of xxxxxxxx from this place over a two hour warranty repair. Great at upselling and lubing hinges, bad at actually fixing problems. WORST service manager I have ever been exposed to. Do yourself a favour, find another Toyota dealer for service. They aren't the only ones around. More

Never Trust A Salesperson Bought a used truck from the dealership, was told it was bought from that dealership and serviced their. Never told me the original owner didn’t do any of the recommended matinence, cost me 1800 in the repairs after the first year. Truck also had rust on it which the salesman said would be dealt with but all that was done was a quick paint touch up job. Complained after the first winter when all the paint washed away. Was told by the dealership they had no records of the rust and the sales team that sold me my truck no longer worked their. Another 1000 bucks out of my pocket. Buy new and at another dealership. Toyota Canada is no help at all. More

One time I have an oil change anly take 25 minutes but all other service I were told it took 45 minutes so I dont even think they do any work on it but top up the oil. They told my daughter that ur car too rusty to drive andvshe should buy another car it so cheap now, they tried to scare the young girl . We went another service center to do service and were told minimun rust.. Please senior people don't go to that place. Don't book appointment with the mechanic name Kaled , do not listen to what he recommend he only wants ur money . More
