My husband's car was a 14 year old Mitsubishi Lancer. So we're in search for both new and slightly used car for awhile and we've also looked online in every brand. Finally, after long search we pretty much knew already what we were going to get only this time we have to look physically. So, last Saturday, September 17, my husband and I decided to go out looking. We put Mazda as top of our list so we went there first. The first person we saw was Noman. He was very polite, helpful and friendly. He went through with every detail about the car we needed to know as well as pricing. In fact, he helped us get our monthly payments low. We have never had such an excellent experience with a car dealership before. Noman is the best car salesman we have ever had. So, we decided to buy Mazda 3 GS which we are happy about. Everyone one of them was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Mazda to my friends. More

Worst customer service experience of my life! Dealing with 401 Dixie Mazda has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences of my life. When I went to pick up my first car (Mazda 3 2 Dealing with 401 Dixie Mazda has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences of my life. When I went to pick up my first car (Mazda 3 2013 - leased), they did not have the paperwork in my name and I had to wait at the dealership for 2 hours while someone went to the ministry to correct this problem. They are also very pushy on the maintenance when I went for oil changes, which is all that is required for the lease agreement. You do not need to do anything, especially not the brake job they kept trying to push on me as it was only a 3 year lease. I then made the mistake of getting another car with them at the end of my lease because I thought I was getting a great deal. I got the "end of lease" call from sales saying it would be beneficial to come in and talk about a new Mazda as they were having a deal involving getting new snow tires with a lease. When I got to the dealership I was passed around to three different sales reps (the one who called me to come in was "busy") until my annoyance was noticed and I got to talk to a Sales Manager. He made it seem like asking for free snow tires was ridiculous (even though that was the deal posted EVERYWHERE). After some haggling I got the upgraded car (GS), snow tires and they would take care of my old car as is. Seemed like a good deal so off I go in my new 2016 car. One month later, SURPRISE!, I get an invoice from Cdn Dealer Services saying I owe $700 on my old car. Call Mazda and they say of course you don't owe that! We'll get it sorted out. No call back to confirm. Month later get another letter saying it is way past due and to call them. Call and they say Mazda is claiming no responsibility. Still have not figured this whole thing out 3 months after I picked up my new car. Honestly DO NOT deal with them. It's a shame really because I really like the car, just not worth the hassle More

I urge you to stay away from this dealership, you are spending thousands of dollars not a couple hundreds and end up feeling completely unsatisfied and angry. More
