I had a service appt for Wed Jan 10th for 1:30pm because both my key fobs wouldn't unlock or start my 2020 Ram 1500. The service department didn't even look at the truck until the afternoon of Fri Jan 12th. both my key fobs wouldn't unlock or start my 2020 Ram 1500. The service department didn't even look at the truck until the afternoon of Fri Jan 12th. Then I was told they had to wait until Monday Jan 15th because they didn't have the fob sensor in stock. It was literally an hour job that should have been done the day of the appointment. But instead I had to wait w days shy of a week, and was still charged for a new battery for 1 fob. At the very least you could have washed, or detailed the truck for the inconvenience. More

Bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from this dealership in 2019. The truck recently had problems with a parasitic battery drain. They charged me $178 and when I went to leave the truck would not start. They gave me a boost to start it and never offered to fix it. Absolutely pathetic customer service!! More

Everything was good for 11:15 but when I got there they then told me they were shorthanded, running behind and my car would not be available until much later in day. Received call late in afternoon saying it would stay overnight. This was just basic service. It was holidays and I was not pressed and they were all friendly so not big deal this time. Plus they ubered me so it ended OK. I guess communication could have been better, that's all. More
