I sat in the waiting room until 1:30 pm. When I asked how much longer, they went to check and gave me the reason that there was an awards lunch, which was the delay. At 2:00 pm I still did not have the vehicle, which is after at 1:30 they said 20 more minutes. I appreciate the access to uber rides at their cost but the lack of communication and foresight in booking appointments, knowing there would be an awards luncheon, was inconsiderate.
