Unfortunately the vehicle I came to look at was not at the dealership (after a reschedule and waiting a week) and it left a sour impression and subsequently a 1 star review.\r\n\r\nAlbin contacted me the moment the vehicle arrived and explained the situation why the vehicle was not there. He drove from Oakville to Niagara Falls to my mechanic for an inspection. There was no pressure or conditions for this.\r\n\r\nThis restored some faith in the Oakville Mitsubishi dealership and I upgraded my review to 3 stars. Mainly for Albin going the extra mile (literally) bringing the vehicle I was interested in to me. \r\n\r\nWhen the day came to collect vehicle. All the paperwork for financing was prepared and ready. I was allowed to read every word of the documents without being hurried.
