Stay away from here.
On Friday March the 15th, I called, yet again, about the owner's manual that my vehicle was without from the get go - without any given explanation.
I collected my vehicle on Saturday December 17th of 2022.
I was referred to someone whose name sounded like "Amit", that Friday, and who subsequently told me I'd hear back about it the next day.
This was after he told me that not all used vehicles come with them. I still think it was pretty poor of them nevertheless to charge me over $30, 000.00 for a vehicle and not provide me with one.
I never heard back from him the next day, or anyone.
Clearly, it's too hard for staff at this centre to honour their promises. Clearly, they're just cheap. Clearly, they don't care about customer service.
There are a variety of other sources through which replacement owner's manuals can be obtained, but that's too difficult and too much of an "unneccessary" expense for them.
This vehicle, a 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier, had been equipped with a phsical owner's manual when it was new, as I'd called an alternate G.M.C. dealership to verify that.
This only "added insult to injury", as this manager, who sounded like his name was "Amit", told me I'd have to contact my former salesman, who doesn't even work there anymore, about coming by such a manual. That was awful and, by the way, I had contacted him numerous times about this and other issues when he was still in the employ of the dealership and was given false promises or just didn't get any responses whatsoever, just as had been the case with several other staff assigned to this dealership.
