I’m a picky Porsche fanatic and was looking for an ideal 991.2 gt3. After being disappointed with the lack of disclosure / poorly informed responses with 2 Ontario dealers on cars that I came close to buyin 991.2 gt3. After being disappointed with the lack of disclosure / poorly informed responses with 2 Ontario dealers on cars that I came close to buying - I ended up getting ahold of Anthony in the Oakville Porsche Center. Anthony did the diligence and steered me to the right car- which I bought at what I felt was a very fair price. From there my expectations were topped by the entire experience- from Lyn in finance to Alex in after-sales- even to the charming coffee lady! The showroom is great - and I wandered hassle free ogling cars and enjoying the fun of “name that model” - the staff was great when I asked them questions. Anthony and Alex prepared an unexpected gift just as I was getting ready to leave. Nice touch! This was my dream car that I was not going to compromise on. Oakville Porsche made it happen in the most pleasant way possible. Highly recommended. More

My interaction with Emily the second time was to ask her to have the car ready to show me in 45 minutes because I was in the area. She made that happened...I was impressed. Meeting Johnathan DaSilva was a joy, a very professional and personable sales representative, but Johnathan, where is my darn car cover!?I? LOL .Then I was introduced to Bill, his Manager, who does not like walking away from deals and it worked in my case... strong closer. Elena Komar who was so passionate about the Porsche brand that it is contagious and instill the importance of extended warranties. Alex (Porsche Pro) did a fantastic reveal of my car and took the time on the delivery. I know it had to be a team effort to make my car look perfect, thank you all. Then I was introduced to Dusko Medakovic, service consultant, to address a few minor issues post delivery. He was on top of things and kept me in the loop of what is going on via phone calls. The two gentlemen in the service reception are extremely polite and friendly and it is obvious they enjoy what they do. I save the best to the last, the ladies at the concierge are phenomenal. They are the customer facing team that always made me feel welcome... thank you. I will not hesitate to recommend this Dealership to my friends who may be in the market for a Porsche. First time in a Porsche dealership and after visiting this dealership accompanying my wife it was one of the worst customer service experienced at a dealership since we can recall. I owned a mercedes ve this dealership accompanying my wife it was one of the worst customer service experienced at a dealership since we can recall. I owned a mercedes vehicles as well as BMW vehicles spanning over 25 years. My wife was looking for a new SUV and so I accompanied my wife to visit this Porsche Centre Oakville dealership to test drive a Porsche Macan. We had an appointment with a sales representative Steven Noh on July 19, 2021 for 2:30 pm. We show up at 2:20 pm and are asked the usual Covid questions by the young receptionist. We are then asked to sit and wait in another area for Steven. We waited until about 2:50 pm not a word from anyone at this dealership. As it was 20 minutes past the meeting time my wife asked me to walk over to the receptionist to check status. The receptionist was very surprised that Steven had not made any contact with us. She checked status for us and then walked over to tell us that Steven will be out shortly. Steven shows up to greet us about 25 minutes late (2:55 pm) and does not even apologize for being late. Even worse Steven was sitting at desk about 25 feet from us and saw us waiting there the entire time. We did proceed with the test drive and my wife really liked the quality and drive of the Porsche Macan. However, after such a poor customer experience we were both turned off by Porsche Centre Oakville's customer service that we definitely would not be going back to this dealership.
