purchased my porsche from the oakville location a few months ago and I took extended warranty for my tire and rim protection. A few weeks ago I had a slight damage on my rim and I decided to call Pfaff porsche at the Vaughan location. Firstly I got an appointment after 5 weeks which I did not complain. I planned my day accordingly from work and took the day off. This morning whilst I am driving to the Vaughan location I get a call from Amanda that we are sorry and we cannot repair your car. Left me hanging and thinking after taking a day off and not getting paid for the day I get this message that we are unable to service you. WOW...THIS IS PORSCHE.Anyway I was upset and wanted a call back from a manager. Alex the manager calls me and says we are sorry but we cannot help you today. The worst experience and most pathetic and unprofessional staff and manager. Very upsetting with this service and would never recommend anyone to this location. Showed absolutely zero concern. I will definitely escalate this further and let the world know what type of service is being provided More

I signed a contract for a 2020 Panamera Hybrid for about $153,000. Two weeks before the car arrived the dealer appraised my trade in at $62,500. When the Panamera arrived at the dealership, the salesman called me (nice guy) and told me that he was happy to tell me that my new car was in but that his management had gone back and reduced the value of my trade by $10,000. I thought about it and decided if that's how I get treated before the sale that I didn't want to find out the hard way how they treat people afterward. I walked, and subsequently bought a different new car (not a Porsche) and had no trouble exceeding Pfaff's original trade in offer. I had already purchased a BMW X3 from Pfaff BMW. That's my first and last purchase from a Pfaff dealership. They are dishonest. More
