I took my Nissan truck in to Milton Toyota for an appraisal, they offered $14,500 if I traded it in on a 2023 Corolla Cross. The next week I took it to a used car dealership in Milton, they bought i appraisal, they offered $14,500 if I traded it in on a 2023 Corolla Cross. The next week I took it to a used car dealership in Milton, they bought it for $17,500 no trade just a cash deal. I emailed M.T. to tell them $3000 is quite a difference especially when I am a 20yr M.T. customer and they didn't even respond. I will buy at another dealer for my next new car purchase. More

My fiance bought a certified 2015 Corolla from Milton Toyota. The tires they put on the car were full of dry rot and unsafe for the road. When confronted with this they only offered to sell us a new set Toyota. The tires they put on the car were full of dry rot and unsafe for the road. When confronted with this they only offered to sell us a new set of tires at cost, this is absolutely terrible customer service. You can't sell a certified car without safe tires. Do not buy here as they clearly try and cut corners. More

My experience was always good at Milton Toyota but this last time was exceptional. Alister (or Allister) was an extremely the young man at the service dept that helped me and he went over and above his dut last time was exceptional. What a positive experience I had this morning when dealing with Rosa & staff at Milton Toyota! Late last night our windshield wipers broke. They don’t move…which is hugely unsafe. I made an appointment early this morning, on line, and within a few minutes of your facility opening, Rosa had contacted me. She was kind and understanding. She was able to book me an appointment this same day! I was in and out quickly, with great service. All of this good work made a big difference in what had started out as a terrible day. More

Sold us a vehicle they knew wasn't working right. How do I know they knew it wasn't working properly? Because they had a booster pack in the back of our seat when we arrived home. So they sold us a car whic I know they knew it wasn't working properly? Because they had a booster pack in the back of our seat when we arrived home. So they sold us a car which needs to be boosted constantly. They refuse to fix the issue.. make matters worse my wife was driving with my 7 months old mid drive and the car shuts off while she was driving... which led her with no breaks or power steering. Don't ever go to this place to buy a used vehicle that isn't their own. Complete waste of our time and money More
