Service center didn’t honour Kia Canada‘s promotional Maintenance Package, emailed to customers... The dealership had their own maintenance package. Dealership agreed to install winter wiper blades wh Maintenance Package, emailed to customers... The dealership had their own maintenance package. During having my car serviced I was informed that the dealership was out of wiper blades for my Sorento, I now need to return to have the wiper blades installed... I live in Brampton so a big inconvenience to drive back to Kia Mississauga. More

Speaking of my last service. Oil change took 2.5 hrs. Upsell on services ex. Brakes and brake fluid were changed a week before but I was advised to change brake fluid.
