The most horrifying and degrading experience I have ever been through. I'd give the sales associate Cianna a 4 star because she did her very best in trying to earn our business. But she didn't because of one person: Jacquelyn Howden - a disgrace to management, the dealership and lacks human attention. There are people that I stay far away from...those who think they are better, who can speak in a rude and arrogant way and who are self-absorbed. Jacquelyn demonstrated all that and then some, which is why we took our business elsewhere. Not only did she act in a conceited and high-handed way, her ability to treat us like humans was tasteless. She had this terrible attitude about her, either really angry or didn't care about anything or anyone other than herself. Her conceited nature was a turn off. We have never been so humiliated in a business setting like we did and I will surely tell everyone I know to deal somewhere else as long as she is around. I took my business right to West End Nissan and I'll drive that far again, so I don't have to encounter Jacquelyn as long as she is working at this place. I highly suggest the ownership to review their management choices; to re-think on who is running the store in their absence and suggest to Jacquelyn to re-evaluate her approach to clients who are there to give their business. Had I been an informed customer before coming in, I would see that there are many negative reviews on this woman than there are positives. That says something. On a positive note, our new Pathfinder is gorgeous, so thank you Nissan Canada. More
