I bought a 2006 BMW Z4 M from Nelson, and it was a very smooth experience! A test drive revealed a problem with the rear tires (too big which caused rubbing). I was very impressed with his efforts on my behalf. The delivery person Jack, although unused to BMW's, explained the features of the car very concisely and clearly. I don't remember once having an appointment run smoothly.
