What is the point of having an online system if you are just going to call me back to change the appointment. - asked to ensure I get the sales discount advertised but was told no that it expires before my appointment. It would not have if the appointments that were available online were in fact available. As it was only several days past the date. I thought really it was only $10 off? Seriously I would expect this of your competitors but I was led to believe differently. I shouldn’t have to ask and then plead to honor the discount. It should be automatic. In the end I got the discount. Which was the right to do. Thank you More

Took 3 tries to reach the dealership and confirm appointment time as no one picked up when directed to service. Scheduled oil change took over 1 1/2 hours which in the middle of CoVid leaves you appointment time as no one picked up when directed to service. Scheduled oil change took over 1 1/2 hours which in the middle of CoVid leaves you out for a long walk. This length of time is normal or even longer in my experience. Service counter employees are much better in the past 1-2 years. They saw me come in and got everything ready before I reached the counter. Came back for tire change. They tried to hurry it for me but charge to balance tires separate from changing the tires. 3 visits to achieve what was needed as when they went to bring the car around, they caused minor damage to the car which required a separate 1 hour visit and no offer for a loaner. Then the tire monitor sensor lite went off for the 3rd ( short) visit. I wish they wouldn’t drive the car around in CoVid if they don’t plan to wipe it down afterward. Thinking of a different car dealership for my next car as service matters to me. More
