He gave me all the facts on the 2020 and 2021 models, set up my test drives but didn’t pressure me to make a deal. We came to an agreement on trade in and purchase price and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they all made it. Thanks Eddi, Andreanne and Mark. Love my new Jeep! More

Purchased a new 2021 Ram 1500. In January and I just Picked it up. - The exterior was dirty - Sales Rep was aware i was coming and was not available for me to do a proper vehicle hand over - Picked it up. - The exterior was dirty - Sales Rep was aware i was coming and was not available for me to do a proper vehicle hand over - The truck was not properly inspected by the Sales person. - it was missing the trailer hitch and now i will have to return it to have it installed - They did not keep me in the loop about my vehicle status, throughout the process. Over all the sales team has poor customer service even the managers had poor customer service. Very displeased and will not be purchasing another vehicle from them or referring them. i will have to give a great thanks to Maryann Renaud. She was honest and patient. More
