Thank you for this computer-generated response which sends the message to the unhappy customers..."GO TO xxxx...this is how we do business - we make money by any means necessary". I suggest not to use the name Peter Fuller since there are remarks for bad attitude of this person. If your dealership was serious to address this issue, would have investigated to find which unhappy customer declined to repair brakes at your xxxxty dealership and go to another dealership and would have called directly by someone sensible. Clearly, the dealership moto is making money by any means necessary. Stop responding to this review by computer generated messages.
