I drive almost 2 hours one way to get to this service center because the service is sterling and the service department people are remarkable. My service advisor (Jason Pascual) is great. Jason came to center because the service is sterling and the service department people are remarkable. My service advisor (Jason Pascual) is great. Jason came to find me multiple times to keep me updated on progress and give advice when asked. (I waited in the dealership’s wonderful waiting room). The charges were as expected and well explained. The documentation is complete and easy to read. I did not meet with the technician (Johnny Rodrigo) but as always, my car was handled with care and all service and inspections were completed with detailed explanations. My sincere thanks to Jason and Johnny. More

I was scheduled for my annual maintenance on my van and when I arrived we were able to review work to be completed and provide a loaner vehicle. When we came in to the dealership Maleah (#NewGirl), greeted us with a smile and above par customer service. Maleah was amazing and a true asset to Mercedes Benz. When it came time to finalize everything, we were greeted by the Business Manager, David Delgado. What an amazing person, 100% genuine, laid back professional. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we were going to proceed with purchase, when first working with another Manager, Ricki. David sat down with us and did everything to help accommodate our requests. He had us both in tears, dying with laughter. In the short time that we interacted with David, l consider him a friend. David completely transformed our whole experience with our purchase. I will definitely be referring David and Maleah to all of my friends and family. More
