Late Saturday night, my husband expanded his search and found the exact model I wanted. He emailed an inquiry and Monday morning at 8:15, Delana was making contact. Two hours later we had a downpayment to hold the vehicle, a trade-in offer and a contract drawn. All over the phone. We drove from Elko, NV (a long drive) putting us at the dealership the next morning at 10a, on Delana's day off. She met us there, walked us thru setting up the Toyota app, and handed us the keys.
