Yesterday I was in service waiting for my oil change to finish. Suddenly I had the urge to urinate, unfortunately yesterday I was feeling very weak. For a 75-year-old man, I get by as best as I can. But on some days, I struggle to walk and get around. A nice young man, by the name of Toni Peña saw me struggling to walk to the restroom. He was nice enough to offer to hold my hand and assist me. While other sales people just watched, laughed, not caring, this beautiful angel of a man took me under his wings, and whisked me away into the restroom. He helped me into the stall, and asked me if I was okay. I was too embarrassed to tell him no, but he knew. He knew that this prideful old man needed more help. He placed his hand gently on my trousers and helped take it out to pee, and didn’t over tap to help me get all the pee out. They should have more salesmen like Toni Pena. He wears his pants like me, so that means he has amazing style also. When I buy my next car I will only buy from him. More

Think the sales team also went above and beyond to make me feel like I’m important and special. The sales floor manager greeted me right off the bat and made me feel important. Raenea was the sales girl that helped me. She pulled a car that I said I was looking for and even put it on hold till I got there for my appointment. She was so nice and listened to me tell her about my situation and she helped me feel less overwhelmed about the whole process. The sales manager again came and helped with my deal after I picked the car I wanted and did whatever he could to get me to my money goal. I told them how much I had and were I want my payment to be. Together with the AMAZING finance team, they worked hard to get me the best deals and doing whatever they could to make that happen. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Hemet CDJR and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for all the hard work and kindness. More

Unless you’re desperate, avoid. This is my 3rd time at this dealership. First time was with my MIL, they sold her a lemon and then tried to give her the runaround about it. The second time my wife and I came for the Pacifica special “lease this model for x amount of dollars”, the third time I was with my FIL helping him purchase a truck. Each time, has been worse than the previous. Ernie, is the absolute cookie-cutter definition of a sleezy salesman. To give you a few examples, he said MOPAR won’t allow aftermarket trailer brakes to be installed on their trucks. Then proceeded to tell me that the MOPAR trailer brake for this truck would be $1,300 after installation (the MOPAR part is $300 and the installation takes about an hour). He then told me “RAM doesn’t offer a mobile app for the trucks that has the same perks as this $3,000 KARR security system” but they do and it’s $15/month… he also said “yea Chrysler advertises that lease deal on their cars but that car doesn’t exist, it’s probably just to get you in the door.” To give clarity, it was a hybrid Pacifica Touring for around $400/month. He said “that model doesn’t exist but this Touring L I can lease you for $956/month”. They do the same xx that every big dealership does: “oh yea our car is advertised at $X but we installed these $5,000 worth of options on it so the price is ACTUALLY $5k more and no you can’t remove the options” (false advertising lawsuit incoming). Mo was a very friendly finance manager and although he rushed through everything, he was at least willing to be slowed down when we had questions and helped where we had questions. Although my FIL signed the paperwork, he is very disappointed he did and regrets giving business to this establishment.
