We purchased a preowned 2021 Honda Accord Apr 1, and found the dealership to be a really nice place to do business with. Tommy Cribbs did an outstanding job of demonstrating the car (my wife and I decid found the dealership to be a really nice place to do business with. Tommy Cribbs did an outstanding job of demonstrating the car (my wife and I decided we were going to adopt him) and I feel I got a fair deal. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that they only provided us with one key. Had we known this before we signed all the paper work and were getting ready to drive off, I would have balked on the deal until we resolved the issue. I have never purchased a vehicle that didn't come with at least two keys. So I am going to have to pay 200 to 300 dollars for a spare key. More
