I had the 36000 service done which included rotating tires and checking the brakes etc. I checked the ford pass app for the tire pressure prior to bringing the vehicle in and then checked it after, the tires and checking the brakes etc. I checked the ford pass app for the tire pressure prior to bringing the vehicle in and then checked it after, the tire pressure was the same as when I brought it in as my passenger rear tire was still at 31 which is low. I expected that they would check the tire pressure during this service but they did not and now I am not confident that the tires were even rotated. Always had great service from my sales rep who is great and never had an issue with service prior to this but a fail on this occasion More

Had an unfortunate event involving some mice and wires. Thor diagnosed and repaired almost instantly, in fact 2 weeks faster than the insurance company!
