My sales rep was great. He listened to what we needed and met all of our needs. We came in with a pre-qualification for our financing. We came in the next morning to complet He listened to what we needed and met all of our needs. We came in with a pre-qualification for our financing. We came in the next morning to complete the transaction. The financing department was a different story. The guy was trying to a hard sale on a warranty wr did not want. After our 3rd no he asked if he could run a credit search to see if he could get us better financing that what we already had been approved for. He came back with a better option but it "included" the warranty in the payment? We already told him no on that. We almost walked away. This should have been a sign and drive experience and instead it left a bad taste in our mouths. In addition, a person would be an idiot to pay 200 a month for a warranty on top of a monthly car payment and full coverage insurance. We had said as much and treated us like we were stupid for saying no. I understand it is his job to offer this, but 3 clear no's is more than enough. More
