The worst dealer that I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of buying over 28 cars! Bought a vehicle and the dealer committed to a I OWE YOU for something that was missing from the vehicle. After attempting to speak to the sales person for the initial reminder, i cannot get a return email or phone call from the dealer or GM. They are absolutely ridiculous to not respond at all reading a vehicle purchased from their dealership, let alone one that I paid over $40k.. More

I recently moved to Oklahoma so my hands were tide but i knew i had great friends that worked at Zeigler Junior De La Rosa and Caryn De La Rosa so I made a call and informed Junior of Mr. Ruben Silvas car issue and did explain How generous and helpful Ruben Silva is to his community and after some prayer and conversation with Junior and Ruben... I gave Junior Mr. Silvas number and Prayed and also posted on Facebook for prayer for Ruben and within a few hours, I was informed that God had answered a huge prayer and Thank to The DeLa Rosa Team.. Ruben is a proud owner of a Chevy Equinox as you see in the picture.. a huge thank you to God Almighty and a Huge thank you to Junior de La Rosa and Caryn De La Rosa and team for allowing God to work in their hearts and show favor to Mr.Ruben Silvas. When my sons car died he was devastated. My husband got him in touch with Junior and we got an immediate response and had communication and help right away from team de la Rosa. Junior de la Rosa and Caryn de la Rosa were able to get him the truck he wanted and he was not without a vehicle for more than a day. The financing was a breeze and everything was explained in detail to my son. We are all extremely grateful to both of you for the excellent service and attention to detail. As a first time car buyer who is only 19, I didn’t really know what to expect walking into dealerships. I went to Motormax of Holland before I went to see Junior at Ziegler of Holland. The cars I was being shown just weren’t cutting it for me, and the salesperson didn’t know much about the vehicles he was showing me. I decided to go see Junior and Caryn De la Rosa. Right away when I reached out to junior he was ready to see us the next day! He showed us multiple different cars and helped us search for the one. He knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. Once we figured out the vehicle was the one, Junior and Caryn got straight to work! They kept me updated at all times and answered all my questions with no hesitation. They took wonderful care of me as a fist time car buyer and I definitely learned some new things from them about car buying. I’ll definitely be going back in the future to work with them. The dealership itself was clean, easy to walk in and have my questions answered. I never felt like i was being forced into a sale or being watched like a hawk. We purchased a replacement vehicle that had been totaled. Working with Jr de la Rosa made purchasing a vehicle beyond easy. Working with Caryn was also appreciated, as she too answered questions and promptly returned calls. The red carpet at car possession time was so cute, just another one of the ways they provided OUTSTANDING customer service!!! We traveled approximately 1.5 hrs to purchase this vehicle. We wouldn't hesitate a bit to travel that distance again to work with Jr & Caryn, should the need every arise. They not only displayed the ultimate example of customer service, they showed true caring and kindness. Wonderful people!!! More
