Service center was informed of pre-existing maintenance issues that we're diagnosed by a local mechanic. We decided to send it to a dealer that specialized in our vehicle type: Fiat 500. The initial experi issues that we're diagnosed by a local mechanic. We decided to send it to a dealer that specialized in our vehicle type: Fiat 500. The initial experience was standard; however, once we received the call to pick-up the vehicle we were informed of a new issue that was not found during our initial inspection, the dealers initial inspection, and found during a final "test drive". When we inquired as to how a new issue came about, since it was fully inspected twice; we were told that it happens and that due to the year of the vehicle it was a "common" problem. In addition, a statement was made that it could just be a "coincidence" or something that must have been "missed" between two separate inspections. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was called immediately; however, no resolution offered beyond several excuses and that our technician has worked here for over 20 years. I asked for their support to verify the work as mistakes/oversights happen as I experienced a similar issue at this dealership with another vehicle. Instead of acknowledging that things may happen; he attempted to force me to accept the vehicles condition and that he would address any issues, if they presented once I picked up the vehicle, and that he informed our customer service representative to close out my ticket without my consent. Once that was stated, I requested the name and contact information for his manager and corporate. He refused to provide me his contact number and stated; "All I have is his cell phone number and I'm not giving you that". In response, I said that's illogical as your manager works within the dealership, has a commercial number, and extension. He abruptly ended the conversation and stated, I will have him call you. I will update this review based upon the outcome. As of now, this has not been a good experience and am left with new issues that weren't present prior to dropping the vehicle off for service. More

So, 2 weeks ago I brought my Wrangler to them to replace the radiator. They quoted me 1832 for the repair including a 199 charge to determine if it needed to be replaced and if they didn't fix it. When the the radiator. They quoted me 1832 for the repair including a 199 charge to determine if it needed to be replaced and if they didn't fix it. When they gave me the quote, I went back and they lowered the price $300 because I got a quote of 1300 from another garage that only used Mopar parts. Oh yeah, the dealership was going to charge me $250 more for the radiator than the small shop. They were also supposed to fix my parking brake but, they said that they couldn't and it just need to be replaced. But, I didn’t believe or trust them on the brake. After I picked my wrangler up and brought it to a Ford dealership for an inspection sticker if they could fix the parking brake. The cleaned the line and adjusted the cable like Stafford said that they adjusted. Once they fixed, the brake it should have passed inspection BUT, it didn't! When Stafford was replacing the radiator, they must have taken the grill off (from what I see and know they had to but they GM says that they didn’t). After the grill was replaced and when they put the grill back on, they did not align it like they should have. And that caused a couple problems listed below.. 1. When putting on the grill it hit one of the headlights and put it out of alignment so, that's one of the reasons it failed. 2. After using the light on my ride home 13 miles, it stopped working. And they will not fix that because it's aftermarket. 3. I have had little problems with my horn in the past but it worked when I brought it in so. I wanted them to check on the spring because of a recall, When removing the radiator, it need to be moved. When they put it back on, they did not check to see if they put it back correctly. They didn't because it stopped working and I fixed it because a couple wires got disconnected. I had to reconnect the wires for the horn to work again. 4. They also had to remove the air cleaner box. They did and when they did the broke 2 or 3 of the attachment hooks and put a broken one back on. But again, because it is aftermarket, they will not fix their mistake. 5. They also forgot to reconnect the turn signal wires. But they GM said they never moved the grill! The GM said I can bring back to them to look for the problems but they will have to charge me a diagnostic fee. And then fix it but, no thanks I don’t want to pay you to fix your errors and cause more! So, all I’m going to say is I'm going to work on fixing what I can and with my friends. If we can’t I will find a Jeep shop that knows what they are doing! More
