I just had the worst experience at Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford. We went to buy my brother a used car and dealt with Ken Mackel. Ken was extremely unprofessional!! Mike Bryson was the best! We texted back and forth about what I wanted in my new Subaru Forester. I wanted pretty much everything! Most sites said that with all those options I would have to wait four months to get my car. He and Jeff Rosen searched and found my perfect Forester (my 4th one.). They drove 200 miles to pick it up the next morning and I drove it home the next day. The three things that it didn't have are being installed by their service department. Mike stayed two hours after closing to show us all the features of the new car and we are still texting when I have a question. We only buys Subarus and Mike is definitely our guy now. More
