Lack of customer service, service was not started until I brought it to their attention which was 4 hours later. I understand its the holidays but an update would have been nice. There is no actual person t brought it to their attention which was 4 hours later. I understand its the holidays but an update would have been nice. There is no actual person to person update on the status of your car if your have been waiting for a while. When I was refusing service for my car thats when nissan was able to get started on the service. This is not the only time I have experienced this issue. I hope this helps address and improve nissan customer service. More
Would not recommend this dealership. I came in for an oil change and the service writer had a bad attitude from start. Then my car disappeared for 15 minutes, and then saw it come back i I came in for an oil change and the service writer had a bad attitude from start. Then my car disappeared for 15 minutes, and then saw it come back in the with another guy coming out of it on the passenger side. After the service writer advised my car was done, I just wanted to get out of there. After getting back in my car, it smelled like weed and I called left a message on the general voicemail after it rang for 5 minutes. Just wondering how this will be corrected. I can tell you this much, never going there again and letting people I know not to go there. Might also go on social media. More

El miércoles la lleve para un cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas y hoy viernes se me poncho mi llanta y no tengo mi dado en mi guantera, llamo al dealer y dicen que ellos no usan los dados! Entonces mi dado se desapareció solo?! More
