Tammy, not sure why you are saying all of this in such false content. 1. The purchase price of this 6-year-old car was $83,790.00, NADA Value came in at $96,850 ($13K under avg price) this was the best-priced 911 S Cab in the entire country. 2. The "micro items you are pointing out is truly unjust when these are such small items of basic wear and tear. For you to stay we overhauled this Porsche is not true, there is no such thing as needed or required to overhaul or change the entire interior?? 3. The $899 is the documentation fee to process all of your paperwork and out-of-state registration. When you mention $92,000.00 I'm not sure why we are at fault for your taxes for the state of Texas, please write your DMV of Texas and complain to them with a review about their high tax rates. 4. The "Dummy Fob" was never with the car, to just stay or assume we took out for what reason?? Again its a pre-owned 6-year-old car we purchased directly from Napleton Westmont Porsche dealership. Unfortanly this extra item was not included with your 3x key fobs you received! Our manager was planning to order you one to mail to you out of GOODWILL, but its seems that wont matter at this point. 5. YES! You did get FREE SHIPPING to your doorstep, you requested an additional service of requiring ENCLOSED SHIPPING, (covered shipping carrier) which surprisingly we got as low as $250.00, not sure why this is an issue since you agreed to pay the difference of this additional feature. Again these such unfair attacks on our business when we can't control natural wear and tear, also with what the car has comes with from the original owner, floormats, extras keys, manuals etc etc.... Its truly sad to see someone attack us in 5 different ways just to fill up your unjustified excuses on this review platform, don't even know how we can even help you, should I change your entire interior? should I refund your tax's? should I refund the $250 for your requested enclosed shipping? Its Extremely unjust and unfair, i hope you learn to appreciate and love the car for what you got it for! Its was an amazing deal and you know it and I know it!
