Excellent, patient and very friendly service. You can sense the sincerity of their friendliness that you forget they are selling you something. It felt like they are more interested in the "persons" in u sense the sincerity of their friendliness that you forget they are selling you something. It felt like they are more interested in the "persons" in us rather than as statistics. There was never any pressure; instead, they presented us with all helpful tips and option where we can save the most. We have dealt with a number of car dealers in the past and for the first time we felt something different that changed our perspective of "car salesmen". We now know that there are car dealers out there like Signature Mazda in Richmond who treat their bottom line and commissions as mere byproducts of excellent service. Kudos to all of you guys.
