No Pressure to Get Services I Don't Want I bought my Hyundai from Murray Hyundai about a year ago and when I need it serviced they are very friendly and helpful. This last time was to be for I bought my Hyundai from Murray Hyundai about a year ago and when I need it serviced they are very friendly and helpful. This last time was to be for a simple oil change. Kim told me that my car was due for a Level 3 service. I decided I didn't want to do that at this time. Here's what I really liked; there was no follow up attempt to try and sell me the Level 3 service. Kim simply said okay and did the work I asked them to do. One thing I can't abide is when someone keeps trying to sell me something after I tell them I'm not interested. Murray Hyundai staff seem to understand this and don't make that mistake. More
