Buyer beware! Do not buy a vehicle here! I was straight up lied to by the sales manager when purchasing a "certified used" vehicle here. As part of the sales pitch, he promised brand new tir I was straight up lied to by the sales manager when purchasing a "certified used" vehicle here. As part of the sales pitch, he promised brand new tires and replacement of all parts with over 50% wear (as part of the certified used policy). What I got was used tires and an oil change. When I complained, they told me that "brand new" really meant "nearly new", and that "what I said is not what I meant". UNBELIEVABLE!. To make matters worse, they installed 3 different tires on my vehicle which is in direct contradiction to their explicit warning in the owner's manual (mixing tires may result in accidents, personal injury and even death). This may even be illegal as I believe it defies safety requirements. I demanded new tires and they are refusing because I did not notice at the time of sale. Never in a million years would I think that an Infiniti dealer selling a Q50S high performance vehicle would mismatch tires, so it was not something I even considered checking. There is an additional list of problems I don't have time to get in to, but overall, this experience has made me sour on Infiniti and this dealership in particular. Never again. I think I will give LEXUS a try. In the meantime, I plan on filing a law suit More
Please do not waste your time purchasing a vehicle here unless you want to get scammed. In my honest opinion this dealership is not worth your time or effort. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over a year ago. Nothing really noteworthy about the experience. Now I want to trade the vehicle in at a different dealership(been to 3 and they all say the same thing) and when they pull up the paperwork as they should beforehand they told me about an inconsistency. On the UCDA vehicle history it shows that the owner of the vehicle beforehand reported the odometer at a value higher then what the vehicle has now including the mileage I have put onto it. I went in to talk to them about the situation. I was on their side hoping that it was just an input error but with how things have went and their unwillingness to correct the error I am sure that they have rolled the odometer back. I have talked to many mechanics in regards to it and they have told me that this particular vehicle has no secondary way of tracking the vehicle mileage (ie. the engine also recording mileage). So now I am left with a vehicle that no dealership will take and am looking into small claims to try and get myself out of this situation. I recommend you try any other dealership before this one and knowing what I know now I would have paid up to 20%-30% more at a different dealership then to go through this experience again. I have been trying to deal with this for over 3 months now. More

First time buying from a dealer...big mistake So I've had a number of issues since purchasing my Honda civic from this place. Had to have the battery changed within three weeks of ownership, which So I've had a number of issues since purchasing my Honda civic from this place. Had to have the battery changed within three weeks of ownership, which they replaced free of charger. But since then the front left low beam went out (probably from the battery change), and now it sounds like the flywheel is grinding. It probably needs to be replaced, as the vehicle had close to 160 000km when I bought it. But the service lady says that there's no record of me or my vehicle... The salesman was very good to me, but it feels like they don't want to here back from me now that I've bought the car. I have the purchase agreement and everything and i I've called four times today and left a message. I guess we will see if anything changes... More
Treated like a nobody! Terrible experience!!! Made an appointment to view a vehicle. I arrived on time to find out that who I was ‘meeting’ was too busy so he left me stand Terrible experience!!! Finally someone arrived and sat me down while she clicked away on her computer. Asked me 3 x what my payout was and 3 x I told her approx #. Finally she says can you find out the exact number now? Why?!? I was there to view a vehicle not sit there and help you figure out how much you're not going to give me for my vehicle! I walked out. Truth is I had cash in hand to purchase outright. Never again!! I’ll go somewhere else where you’re treated like a customer!! More
