He even took time out of his day to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Diana Rodrigues the finance manager was amazing too. She was patient, answered all my questions and I greatly appreciated her honesty. She took the time and explained everything that I needed to know and worked with me for what best suited me and my budget. Last week I purchased my first vehicle with Ryan Kelly. Ryan provided me with a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the car I was looking at. He always ensured I got my questions answered and made himself available for me at all times without making me feel like a burden. In addition, the dealership did an outstanding job detailing my car and completed a proper safety check. Their used vehicle inventory are in great condition and well kept. I am extremely happy with my 2014 MDX purchase. I highly recommend to use their services rather than going to a used car dealership as that was a nightmare experience for me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure that we understood how our new.navigation system worked and how to work all other functions in our loaded a spec. I confidently left the dealership able to “play” in my new car and just enjoy all it had to offer. The dealership also has a very friendly staff as well as a comfortable waiting room (beside a completely decked out kitchenette full of tefreshments) and a great parts and service area. I am the research guy for vehicles...I do vehicle research a lot and I think I am quite good at reading manuals, reviews, Phil Edmunston Lemon -Aid review books for the last 20 years, ( I will give you an insight....I can often identify vehicles at nightime by the shapes of the on-coming headlights.....I may need to get a bit more of a life!!!???....I agree) but the vehicle was not for me.... We have had nothing but positive experiences with our vehicle, my wife Tracey loves the RDX and that is all I care about! Neil Wyatt was the sales professional.
