Terrible Place My husband and I were in the market for a new SUV and we went online to ask where to go. One young lady told us that she bought a Jeep from an individ My husband and I were in the market for a new SUV and we went online to ask where to go. One young lady told us that she bought a Jeep from an individual named Kevin and that he worked at Red Deer Nissan and was the best car salesman she had. With this information my husband and I have contacted your dealership hoping to talk to Kevin. Today at about 2:00 you receptionist said she would try to get a hold of Kevin and instead I was put on the phone with Emigdio. This individual claimed that I was an EX of Kevin and harassing him and when I asked to speak to the Manager of the dealership he hung up on me. I then went to your online system and asked to speak to anyone but Kevin and was given Jess. I gave Jess my number and asked if rather then talking over the chat if we could do this through the phone. He asked me to come see him this Saturday but I live in High River and my husband would not be back from work by then. When I asked if the 20th of December would work, this individual Jess and I could hear others were laughing and making jokes. This is the worst treatment I have ever had. My husband and I had our vehicle stolen and we are in desperate need to look for a new one and your staff has made my search impossible. You staff was rude and ignorant and making fun of someones name is not appropriate. More

Very enjoyable experience. Made appointment to meet Shaun Jardine and took a 2019 Murano for test drive. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the Murano. I decided to deal on a Pl Made appointment to meet Shaun Jardine and took a 2019 Murano for test drive. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the Murano. I decided to deal on a Platinum instead and was very happy with the negotiation with Shaun and his manager. We got the vehicle we wanted. Didn’t feel pressured at all and the deal was made. I then talked with Heather about the paperwork, she answered all my questions and setup a day to pickup vehicle. The day I picked up my new Murano Platinum I met Dan Voicey who delivered the presentation on all the gadgets and finer points of this vehicle to my wife and I. He was very thorough with the explanation of all the features of the vehicle. He setup our seat memories also which we were very thankful for. We had a very enjoyable experience with from start to finish of purchasing our new vehicle. More
