Stay far away!! I recently purchased a 2019 demo model from capital GMC, right away we noticed the dock charger wasn’t working properly in the car. We were told it was likely because of an older phone how from capital GMC, right away we noticed the dock charger wasn’t working properly in the car. We were told it was likely because of an older phone however my husband has an iPhone 11. We toke in to the service department as advised. They had tested it and told us everything was fine, however it isn’t working!! This is a brand new Vehicle!! I’m seriously scared what will go wrong next. There is no accountability here whatsoever. Do not buy a vehicle here!!! Purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra with just over 80k for our company a couple months ago. The issues started right from the beginning, on the drive home t Purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra with just over 80k for our company a couple months ago. The issues started right from the beginning, on the drive home the touch screen for the stereo started flickering and then went completely black. Things have since gotten far worse, shortly after the add engine oil notification came on, which is strange for a vehicle that came with a "fresh oil Change" and the oil light was reset. When I pulled over to check there was minimal oil and was completely black, are you kidding me. They state that the vehicles come CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED, not exactly sure what they are inspecting as they cant even check the oil. Brought the truck in for service to actually get the oil changed and was told the diff fluid needs to be changed and the air filter was totally clogged. Since then the battery has been replaced and the truck is sitting in the shop for a fuel pump (Not covered under warranty) As a small business owner I cannot imagine treating a customer this way. Have never had a worse experience purchasing a vehicle. Learn from my mistake and purchase a vehicle anywhere but here. More
