From the time I called Lauren, to describe the situation with our Honda Civic Hybrid, to the time I left the dealership, with everything fixed, it was under an hour. Keep in mind that this was on a Saturday afternoon, in a busy service department, with no appointment booked. Lauren does not want any of her customers on the road, in a potentially unsafe situation, with the condition of their vehicle. That is why she is willing to do whatever it takes, to make sure they are looked after. Lauren's empathetic nature, along with her industry knowledge, kindness and courtesy, make her a rising star at Bannister Honda. Oh, almost forgot. She is also very funny. Need assistance? They gave me some useful new knowledge on tires ( thanks John), and I decided I will probably buy one of the new 2020 CRV's.(Thanks Jason) I recommend buying a Honda car/truck not only because they are great cars but because of the great service they provide after you buy the car - so important to me. If I could give this man zero stars I would he was very rude to me and my family and I would never enter this dealership to ever buy a car. Two hours for an oil change to long. As stated above two hours for an oil change! The excuse given was lots of winter tire installs. Felt it was very unfair a customer who booked well in advance showed up on time for the service only to be bumped back because of other people's poor planning equals not fair. And speaking of fairness sensing it was busy informed Kyle not to worry about wash and vacuum to you time and myself. Also if told about delay would have gladly left and returned or take shuttle into town that equals poor communication. Also a little thing no window reminder sticker was applied and I find that a definite sign of attention to detail. So in closing can tell you where we will not be getting our next service Bannister Honda. More

Kyle Dimond, his service team and Bannister Honda restored my faith in Honda Service. When traveling from out of town for a hockey tournament, my car was having issues starting. I was worried we wou restored my faith in Honda Service. When traveling from out of town for a hockey tournament, my car was having issues starting. I was worried we would be stranded. After the game today (Saturday), around 2pm .. without an appointment we stopped in at Bannister Honda. I could see they were busy, regardless they took my car in and made my family, small dog and I comfortable while we waited. They quickly diagnosed the problem, shuttled my family to our hotel and went right to work! It ended up being a long night but they reassured me that they were happy to help! Kyle had made my son hot chocolate, employees from finance and sales came over to meet my small dog, offer her water and check on us! Kyle went above and beyond. The customer service at Bannister Honda is unlike anything I have ever experienced. They brought us in from the rain and treated us like family. They rescued us today and didn't make me feel as if we were an inconvenience. Not all heroes wear capes!! More
