Hello Joseph, unfortunately i feel your team did not do everything to get me into a or any vehicle. But thats ok beacuse another fealership did work hatd for me as a NEW client and I'm sitting in my Volvo now messaging you. It was the laziest attempt ever in trying to get my busienss. There has been no follow call to rectify the situation, appolofize for selling the vehicle while there was a deposit. NOTHING this clearly shows you do not need new business, recommedations or referrals to your dealership.
