I still believe Honda build great cars but Hunt Club Honda service is disgrace to their reputation. More

The worst Honda dealer in Ottawa....been to them all. The would not cover repairs under the $2200.00 extended warranty Honda Canada got from us even when we complained to Honda Canada who said the repair The would not cover repairs under the $2200.00 extended warranty Honda Canada got from us even when we complained to Honda Canada who said the repair should have been covered. Problem is, Honda Canada cannot force a independent dealer to pay. Honda Canada got $2200.00 of our money when the dealer sold us the extended warranty and now they don’t have to pay out ( they need hunt club Honda to send the defective part to them ) and Hunt Club Honda paid is for a part and repair that even Honda Canada says is covered. Other dealers also have refused to cover repairs under the extended warranty but eventually did when Honda Canada told them they should cover it ....those other dealers eventually listened but not Hunt Club Honda. Had problems with Rally Honda in Smith Falls ( charged me $700 for starter motor ) until I complained to Honda Canada and then got my money back. Never but an extended warranty, never go to hunt club Honda. More

Staff at Hunt Club Honda have always been helpful, courteous and have always went above and beyond --- especially staff in the Auto Service department. I have always had the pleasure to be served by gentleman named, Mohammad Abbas. Mr. Abbas demonstrated excellent customer service and has always been courteous, honest and helpful enough to keep me up to date during the day on my vehicle repairs and would schedule a pick-up appointment for when the work would be done. He’s always been kind enough to drive up my vehicle close enough to the garage; so I would not have to walk too far. Thank you so much for all your great services, Moe! More

Don't Trust These Guys I've always driven Hondas and been impressed by dealers' service until I encountered Hunt Club. When the time came to sell my latest Honda, I listed i I've always driven Hondas and been impressed by dealers' service until I encountered Hunt Club. When the time came to sell my latest Honda, I listed it privately on Autotrader at a price below what Car Gurus estimated as "good value", based on the good condition and low mileage of the car. I got a call from Hunt Club saying they wanted to make an offer to buy it and promised it would be "reasonable". I spent an hour in rush hour traffic to get there for the 5:00 time they requested. I sat down with Sunny, answered a bunch of questions and then he took my license and went out to view the car. After about 10 minutes, he came back and offered $3500 - for the car that I was asking $9,995 for on Autotrader. You can guess my response. Why would Hunt Club deliberately inconvenience and insult potential seller/customers by luring them into the dealership and then offering a ridiculously low-ball price for their cars? Dealers are expected to apply a hefty mark-up in buying used cars for resale but this is unconscionable. Why would they waste my time like this? If this is how they treat potential sellers, I'd hate to see how they fleece buyers. More

Booked 9am waiting service app. Car not touched till 12noon I booked my first appointment at HCH for a Saturday at 9 am and told them when I booked I needed to wait for the car. Then the tech miss-diagnosed the car and fixed the wrong thing under warranty. 4 visits later...... More
