To clarify what Tony is saying here, for anyone reading this in the future: Audi London offered me a WINTER tire package as compensation for the sidewall bubble on the SUMMER tires that came with the vehicle. This was AFTER I told them I had already replaced the bubbling summer tires with ALL SEASON tires. I explained to them that a winter tire package would be of no use given that I already purchased all seasons to which they responded "then you can go ahead and sell the winter tire package to recoup your payment!". No, I'm not in the business of selling winter tire packages on Kijiji, especially when the tire bubble should have been Audi London's responsibility in the first place. I'm also not going to get taken advantage of by a dealership that is hoping to pawn off their overstocked winter tire packages to placate unwitting customers. My request was for Audi London to cover the cost of the all season tires (which was actually less than the value of the winter tire package they offered). This request was simple and proportionate to the oversight that was made on their part. It's a request that probably would have been met by most other honest dealerships. Sadly, Audi London is not one of those. Without a resolution, I'll likely be escalating this issue through the proper channels and will share updates here as well as through other platforms to give any current and prospective customers a candid look into Audi London's business practices.
