Had an issue with blue tooth dropping, was scheduled as soon as it could be by Kiran Uchill upon my contacting the dealership, upon arrival was taken Had an issue with blue tooth dropping, was scheduled as soon as it could be by Kiran Uchill upon my contacting the dealership, upon arrival was taken care of without delay & a loaner arranged. Though the Android issue has not been resolved because of some updates by Samsung on its newer phones which probably haven't been taken care of on the auto side simultaneously. Kiran Uchill took extra care of explaining the issue to me & promised to get back to me as soon as he would learn something new about it.
