Below Average Dropped my vehicle off for maintenance to be completed and received a probing call from a salesman the night before I dropped it off. He had a number of probing questions for me, obviously trying to determine if I'd be interested in buying something new. As I'm in sales myself, I understand these guys need to prospect but I then received a call the next morning from another sales guy asking more questions, ie: how much I owe (none of your business), what work am I having done, etc. I then had a sales guy come over and sit down with me in the waiting area and start probing. Had to tell him to leave me be as I was working while waiting for the shuttle. I'm not here to buy a car, leave me alone! Witnessed a middle aged lady in a similar situation have to forcibly tell another aggressive sales associate to leave. Minus one star for overly aggressive sales guys hovering around the service dept. Anyway, onto service. Everything was smooth, talked to the service guy on the phone after the work had been completed. I had asked them to repair slow leaks on the two passenger side tires and check an air bag warning light. On the phone he said all of these items had been fixed and I would not be charged labour because it had taken less than 1 hour. When I went into pick up my vehicle I had a $312 bill, $169 of which was for labour on the airbag. I did not have time to argue as I had to head straight to a meeting so paid and left. Got into my car and the low tire pressure light was still flashing on the rear driver side tire. Check the invoice, they fixed the wrong tire (front passenger). It should have been obvious which tires needed to be fixed, they were both low. At least they got the front drivers side, I suppose they had a 50% chance of getting it right... Minus 1 star. I would have liked to have been contacted prior to the work being completed to ok the costs, this was not done. Minus 1 star. Won't return here. More

There were some delays with the shipping company they used, but Melody has called them and explained that I really needed it soon for a trip and they said they will be able to deliver it within this week! Never again Brought my truck in as the AC wasn't working. I called the service department, as I thought it would be under warranty. According to person who answered, she said she could see the work done, but didn't see that Leakes were checked on the following month when the truck was brought in. So of course when I brought the truck in yesterday there was a leak, and the condenser is cracked... Needless to say it's not under warranty, and the assistant service manager stated "we always check for leaks when vehicle comes in, and it wasn't leaking at that time." To add more frustration, about $1200+ for work is required based on the year and KM on the truck. If the tech ACTUALLY looked and did his job, he would have noticed the work was done 3 months ago. Makes you wonder, are they really looking at the vehicles thoroughly when they coming in? Along with the monthly harrassing calls, from some sales person, offering better rates, and a cheaper payment by trading in our truck! Not sure how many times we've said no, and asked them to stop calling. I can guarantee, I won't be polite the next time they call. More
